We have had the pleasure of dealing with the staff at Peter Bruhn & Associates since mid-2016. Prior to that, our properties had been entrusted with a property manager which did not act in our best interests. Based on a recommendation from someone in the real estate industry, we transferred the management to Chelsea and her colleagues at PB Office.

This transfer was undertaken when we were overseas for an extended period, which could have potentially made the task more challenging. However, the PB Office team are experienced in dealing with remote clients and have sophisticated systems in place.  They managed the transfer of our properties professionally and with no inconvenience to us or our tenants. We received regular updates and advise throughout.

Inspection reports are delivered in a timely manner and are extremely thorough. Any maintenance issues are reported to us immediately with the option for their in-house repairers to correct.  They have high expectations of the tenants, so we feel confident our properties are being managed to the mutual benefit to us as landlords and our tenants.
